Welcome Simply Blue Energy to the Chamber

The IJCC is delighted to welcome Simply Blue Energy as our newest Corporate Member.

In joining the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce, Simply Blue Energy would like to share the following:

Simply Blue Energy is delighted to join the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce (IJCC) as a Corporate Member, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening ties between Ireland and Japan and fostering long-term business relationships.

As a leading developer of floating offshore wind projects, Simply Blue Energy recognises the significant opportunities for collaboration between the two countries in accelerating the global energy transition. Our growing relationship with Japan reflects this shared ambition. In 2025, Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc. (KEPCO) completed a Share Subscription Agreement with Simply Blue Energy (OSW) Ltd, the offshore wind division of Simply Blue Group. This milestone underscores the importance of international partnerships in advancing offshore wind and unlocking the potential of renewable energy.

Membership of the IJCC offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen our engagement with Japanese businesses, exchange expertise and explore new opportunities for collaboration across the renewable energy sector and beyond. We look forward to contributing to the Chamber’s network and supporting stronger commercial ties between Ireland and Japan.

We are proud to join this community and look forward to working together towards a more sustainable energy future.
