Logo Design Contest for the 70th Anniversary of Ireland-Japan Relations

The year 2027 will mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Ireland. A series of events is being planned to commemorate this milestone, as well as to deepen the existing positive relationship between the two countries.

Submissions are now open to the public for a design contest to create a logo to represent the commemorative events. The winning design will be used by both the Embassy of Ireland in Japan, and the Embassy of Japan in Ireland throughout the 70th Anniversary year.

The creator of the winning design will receive a return air ticket between Ireland and Japan.

The deadline for submissions is 30 June 2026.
