The highlight of the IJCC’s calendar, the Ireland Japan Business Awards, will be held on Friday, 21st November 2025. 

Each year, the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce (IJCC) presents business awards to key companies making outstanding contributions to Ireland-Japan business relations.

The IJBA is an excellent night out and an opportunity to entertain your guests with a top-class evening meal, drinks, live Irish music and great prizes.

Early registration is recommended. Registration will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Date: Friday, 21 November from 18:00 – 22:00 (Doors 18:00)

Venue: The Conrad Tokyo Hotel

Dress Code: Business or Smart - Dress*

*We would like to encourage attendees to not feel limited to standard business attire. Please feel free to dress in as much colour, glam and style as you see fit for a formal event.

The IJBA provides a unique opportunity for our members and partners to promote their brand, either via sponsorship of the event or by providing raffle prizes for the evening. The dinner offers considerable visibility for your company and its products and will become an expression of your organisation’s strong links with Ireland.

We have a range of different sponsorship offerings this year, which can be tailored according to the individual needs of our sponsors. These categories include:

• Headline Sponsor - Sponsor's name included in event title. Sponsor representative delivers remarks.
• Award Sponsor - Sponsor's name included in award title.
• Entertainment Sponsor - Sponsor's name included on stage for musicians
• Food and Drink Sponsor - Sponsor is introduced as an official Food and Drink Sponsor and can set up a serving area for their product at the venue.
• Raffle Sponsor - Sponsor's product or service is included as a raffle prize during the silent raffle.
• Inclusivity Sponsor - Sponsor contributes to the cost of tickets for JET Programme participants, NPOs and students to help make the IJBAs more accessible to these demographics.
