Welcoming Ireland’s Paralympic Team – an IJCC & Narita City event collaboration

We are delighted to announce that the IJCC will host an event titled "Welcoming Ireland’s Paralympic Team – an IJCC & Narita City event collaboration" on Sunday 15th, August 2021 from 19:30 (JST).

As Ireland’s Paralympic Team will arrive in Narita City on August 13th, we will hold this event to welcome them to Japan. We will have remarks from the Irish Ambassador to Japan Mr. Paul Kavanagh, the Chef de Mission of Tokyo 2020 for Paralympics Ireland Neasa Russell, the Mayor of Narita city Kazunari Koizumi and the Vice Mayor Kenji Sekine. After the remarks, we will have an Irish music session and introductions from Ireland’s Paralympic Team.

This event is free of charge and open to all members and friends of the IJCC.

It’s on a Sunday evening so feel free to invite your friends and family. And support the team by wearing green on the Zoom call or by having an Irish Zoom background.
