このたび駐日アイルランド大使館と駐日欧州連合代表部の共催により、EUと日本におけるLGBTの権利拡大について公開討論及びパネルイベントを開催いたします。

冒頭、パトリシア・フロア次期駐日欧州連合大使、及びポール・カヴァナ次期駐日アイルランド大使からご挨拶をさせていただき、パネルディスカッションを行います。

Dr. Robert Campbell, Director-General, National Institute of Japanese Literature

ロバート・キャンベル 国文学研究資料館長

Robert Campbell, Ph.D., is a scholar of Japanese literature and the Director-General of the National Institute of Japanese Literature (NIJL), Tokyo. Born in New York City, he studied in the US before moving to Japan to study Edo literature as a research student. He subsequently held teaching positions at Kyushu University, Fukuoka City, the National Institute of Japanese Literature, Tokyo, and the University of Tokyo. His tenure as Director-General of NIJL began in 2017. Robert Campbell’s research centres on the sinological literature, art, media and intellectual discourses of late Edo and early Meiji period Japan. He is also active in the Japanese media as television host, news commentator, newspaper columnist, book reviewer and radio personality.

日本文学研究者。国文学研究資料館長。ニューヨーク市生まれ。カリフォルニア大学バークレー校卒業（B.A. 1981 年）。ハーバード大学大学院東アジア言語文化学科博士課程修了、文学博士（M.A. 1984, Ph.D. 1992 年）。1985 年に九州大学文学部研究生として来日し、江戸文学を学ぶ。福岡市、九州大学学部専任講師、国立・国文学研究資料館助教授、東京大学大学院助教授を経て、2017 年から現職。近世・近代日本文学が専門で、とくに19 世紀（江戸後期～明治前半）の漢文学、芸術、メディアを中心に研究。テレビのMC やニュース・コメンテーター、新聞雑誌連載、書評、ラジオ番組などさまざまなメディアで活躍中。

Ms. Kanako Otsuji, Member of the House of Representatives, Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan

尾辻かな子 衆議院議員（立憲民主党）

Kanako Otsuji is a member of the House of Representatives, Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, and Representative Director of Information Center for LGBT Policies. She graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University, and was elected as a Member of the Prefectural Assembly of Osaka in 2003. She publicly came out in 2005 by publishing a book ‘Coming Out: A Journey to Pursue My True Self’ (Kodansha). In 2013, she was elected as a Member of the House of Councillors and became the first Member of Parliament who had publicly come out. She was elected as a member of the House of Representatives in 2017.

衆議院議員、（一社）LGBT 政策情報センター代表理事。同志社大学商学部卒業。2003 年、大阪府議会議員に初当選。2005 年、『カミングアウト～自分らしさを見つける旅』（講談社）を出版し、同性愛者であることを公表。2013 年、参議院議員に当選。同性愛を公表した初めての国会議員となる。2017 年、衆議院議員に当選（大阪2 区）。

Mr. Rory O’Neill, Activist and Drag Performer Panti Bliss (Ireland)

ローリー・オニール アクティビスト・ドラァグクイーン“パンティ・ブリス”（アイルランド)

Panti is Ireland's foremost ‘gender discombobulist’ and ‘accidental activist’. She began performing while an art student in the late 1980s before moving to Tokyo and becoming a fixture on the Tokyo club scene. In January 2014, Panti's creator Rory O'Neill sparked a national furore when he appeared on national television discussing homophobia in Ireland. In February 2014 Panti took to the stage of the National Theatre to defend herself and her ten minute oration, known as The Noble Call, became an international sensation. Panti became an iconic figure for equality in Ireland and in 2015 played a major role in the successful referendum campaign for Marriage Equality in Ireland.

アイルランド初の「偶発的アクティビスト」であり「ジェンダーディスコンボビュリスト」。1980 年代に美術学生からドラァグクイーンとしての活動を開始し、東京に拠点を移す。2014 年1 月RTÉ （アイルランド放送協会）のTV 番組でホモフォビアについて触れ国民的な騒動となったが、同年2 月、国立劇場のステージに立ち、「ザ・ノーブル・コール」と呼ばれる10 分間の演説で国際的なセンセーションを巻き起こした。パンティはアイルランドで平等な権利を求める人々の代弁者となり、2015 年5 月、同性婚の合法化を問う世界初の国民投票でパンティはキャンペーンの先頭に立った。

Mr. Gon Matsunaka, President, Good Aging Yells (NPO) & Nakusou! SOGI Harassment Committee

松中権 認定NPO法人グッド・エイジング・エールズ代表、「なくそう！SOGIハラ」実行委員会代表

Gon Matsunaka joined Dentsu after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Hitotsubashi University. He established the NPO Good Aging Yells with friends in 2010 after work experience dealing with NPOs in New York. He was honoured at the 7th Youth Leaders Awards in 2016. He left Dentsu in June 2017 after 16 years and became full time President of Good Aging Yells. The main activity of Good Aging Yells is creating spaces in which LGBT people can connect with society. He is also engaged in the Leslie Kee photo shooting project ‘Out In Japan’ and another project towards 2020, ‘Pride House Tokyo’.

一橋大学法学部卒業後、株式会社電通に入社。海外研修制度で米国ニューヨークのNPO 関連事業に携わった経験をもとに、2010 年、NPO 法人を仲間たちと設立。2016 年、第7 回若者力大賞「ユースリーダー賞」受賞。2017 年6 月末に16 年間勤めた電通を退社し、二足のわらじからNPO 専任代表に。LGBT と社会をつなぐ場づくりを中心としたこれまでの活動に加え、日本全国のLGBT のポートレートをLeslie Kee が撮影するプロジェクト「OUT IN JAPAN」や、2020 年に向けたプロジェクト「プライドハウス東京」等に取り組む。

Dr. Olivier Ammour-Mayeur, Associate Professor, International Christian University (France)

オリビエ・アムール=マヤール 国際基督教大学准教授

Olivier Ammour-Mayeur is an Associate Professor of French Literature in the Department of Humanities at the International Christian University, Tokyo. In addition to French Literature he also works on Comparative Literature, Film Studies and Popular Culture (Francophone, Anglophone and Japanese cultures). His research interests are focused on the representations of genders in Literature, Films and Popular Culture (Manga, TV dramas). Working at the intersection of Aesthetics, Philosophy and Social Theories of representation (Sociology and Anthropology), his research focuses on the political aspects of the representations of genders and sexualities in Arts (Literature, Cinema, Painting, Photography).

国際基督教大学教養学部アーツ・サイエンス学科准教授。フランス文学の他、 文学、映画、ポピュラー文化（マンガ、TV ドラマ） におけるジェンダー表現を専門分野とする。表現の美学、哲学、社会理論における共通性に取り組み、芸術（文学、映画、絵画、写真）におけるジェンダー・性に関する表現の政治的側面について研究している。
