Irish Official Resources for Business

Information on official resources in Ireland which are available to business.

BASIS is an Irish Government website which serves as a portal to all official services and information of relevance to the business community.

Topics covered include: setting up a business in Ireland, business operations and trade, taxation, employment, government tenders, legal, regulatory and employment information. 

The Revenue Commissioners is Ireland’s tax agency.  Its website, www.revenue.ie, includes full information on Irish taxes and a secure online facility for businesses to make tax payments online.

The Irish Government’s website includes a directory of all Government departments and agencies as well as news and information about Ireland. 

The Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is responsible for regulation of business regulatory issues, science and technology, trade, investment and employment (including issues pertaining to Japanese workers in Ireland). 

The Central Statistics Office publishes regular updates of Irish economic and trade indicators. 

OASIS is an Irish government directory of information and services designed for people moving to or living in Ireland.
