Asia Pacific Ireland Business Forum
The Asia Pacific Ireland Business Forum (APIBF) will take place on 16 October 2009 in Bangkok.
The APIBF is the first regional network of Irish Business Groups & Chambers of Commerce. It brings together hundreds of people based in Asia-Pacific and the Gulf who share a connection with Ireland.
The APIBF grew out of the Inaugural Asia Pacific Ireland Business Forum organised in Singapore in June 2007 by the local Irish Business Association with the support of the Irish Embassy & Enterprise Ireland. Since then, an informal network of Irish business groups in the region has been set-up & is working to link members with one another for mutual benefit.
This year's event will be hosted by the Irish Thai Chamber of Commerce with the support of Irish leading business publication Business & Finance together with Enterprise Ireland.
This year, one of our Corporate members and also one of the Chamber directors, Mr. Matthew Connolly will attend the event as a speaker.
